Had my front tires rotated, and they did not use the wheel protector, destroyed my wheel with socket. Management said they would make it good but that's been months and no contract!!! Never again!!!
Company is of it's word! Really great customer service and communication with payment made easy over the phone and really good with ETA on tech.!!!
Great fast service had me in and out within 15 mins drive tire
Came in with 2 wrong sized tires on my trailer. TA n Edinburg got me n the shop n under 2 hours but after 2 more hours sitting n the tire bay said they couldn’t get the wrong sized tires off without a tire machine. Flores tire backed me into a bay as soon as I arrived & jumped on my trailer as soon as I set the brakes. They did n 10 minutes with no tire machine what the TA couldn’t do n 2 hours. & very good price! Awesome experience! 10 star service!
Went in with a flat, guys too busy taking selfies standing around with their hands in their pockets..took forever and had to go back again because tire wasn't fixed. Standing around staring on phone.. really bad service.
