These people are kind-hearted and helpful. They are struggling, like most of us, but we're still kind and considerate and helped me with a very trying part of my day. I was worried that I would not be able to get my tire fixed, but they helped me so much. I said and talked with Christy and she was wonderful and I know everybody struggles, but these people go either way to help other people and that says a lot about them.

These guys are the best. They go above and beyond. I recommend them 10 out of 10

We were heading to Austin and noticed we Had a screw in the front tire so we started looking for a tire shop. We stopped here and were in and out in less than 15 minutes. The guy pulled up the floor jack and lifted the truck with my son and I in it. The price was only 15 bucks. Awesome service and staff. Thank you.

Honestly, my original experience with this shop was great. Came in for a flat after having a nightmare of a morning traveling back from Austin to Denver. The guys were quick to help, got us out of there quickly, and didn't overcharge. My issue is that they DO NOT stand behind there work, and their customer service after the fact is horrible. After getting back to Denver a mere 24 hrs later, we took the car into our local shop (whom we have used for 12+ years) for a check up in case there were any other residual issue. Come to find out, the mechanic at Flores cross threaded and over tightened the lug nuts, causes to the bolts to break when they took the tire off to check it. Now we're looking at ANOTHER bill of around $100 - which might not be a lot, but when we already spent almost $300 i

Was traveling through on our way to San Antonio and discovered a hole in our tire. The lady who answered the phone was extremely nice and helpful & the man in the back had our tire changed and had us back on the road all in less than 15 minutes with a brand new tire & at an extremely affordable price!! I highly recommend these people!
