Heart of Texas Lube Center

Heart of Texas Lube is HORRIBLE. First and foremost I have never had a problem or issue before and have always went there for my oil changes. I take my car up to get a oil change on the 6th they couldn’t get the oil plug out and was hammering and beating on it. They spent probably around an hour trying to do it. They ended up taking my number and Butch told me he would call around and see what the problem was and would reach back out to me. Butch said he called a couple of mechanics and they were going to charge from 270 and up everywhere else. He told me if I would buy the part they would put it on. I asked for the price of the part and it was around $56 I double checked that it would only be $56 he would charge me to do this and he said yes. So I agreed. The following week he finally re
