Excellent company! Very thorough, thoughtful, and compassionate toward others. I'm so glad I found them. I saved a substantial amount of money, and Krysta, the insurance agent helped me do that. Donna and Michelle are amazing! They are all extremely kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. At my request, they cancelled my old, more expensive policy immediately for a substantial refund. My wife and I are purchasing a home and our realtor said let me get you an insurance quote. We said sure that would be great! We received the quote; it looked good other than a couple of minor changes. I called in to talk to Brad (the one who gave the quote), the lady that answered the phone said he is never in the office and the only way to reach him was by email and you wait for a call. Seriously?!!! So, I emailed Brad and told him that I was interested in binding the insurance but based on what his receptionist told me I was going to have to go a different route. He emailed me back, instead of offering any kind of interest in earning our business. He says "Sorry that we were not able to assist you. Thank you for the opportunity to provide a quote." This company came highly recommended by the lender I was using to close a deal it was 3 buildings on one parcel with 3 different addresses. The experience was very unprofessional. The day after closing I got a call from my new insurance company wanting to do an inspection. The inspection was done, fast forward to now receiving cancellation of insurance. I contacted them immediately, ask to speak to Brad Cole the person that wrote the policy. Apparently, he is never available and always out the office . I attempted to call several times, no luck with speaking to him. I called back again and secretary told me an agent Gail would call me back. I waited for that call back for at least a week, and nothing. I called again to speak to this Gail who was suppose to assist me. She said the reason

I have been using this insurance since I bought my home 10 years ago. New staff is not only unprofessional but irresponsible. They just let me know that my insurance expired 4 months ago despite the fact that I had sent them information requested, so now I am without insurance and a horricane is threatening Florida. Not to trust anymore with the present incompetent and rude staff to say the least. This review triggered a threatening email by Tabatha Trask office manager. Ms Trask instead of offering a constructive solution threatens me with legal action if I didn't delete this and other reviews I wrote on Facebook . This shows the poor caliber of the staff of this company. By the way, Brad Cole, the owner, has not responded to my attempts to discuss the problem.
