I had an outstanding service experience at Flow BMW in 2026, and especially want to recognize Nikki Stallard, my Service Advisor. From start to finish, Nikki was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She kept me fully informed throughout the process, clearly explained the work being done, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Jonathan Stallard was also helpful with Apple CarPlay set up. The entire Flow BMW service team was efficient and courteous and the work was completed on time as promised. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority at this dealership. I highly recommend Flow BMW and Nikki Stallard to anyone looking for exceptional BMW service. This was a five star experience in every respect.

Outstanding Service at Flow BMW Winston-Salem I had an excellent experience with the service department at Flow BMW in Winston-Salem. My service advisor, Tyrone, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I understood all the details of the work being done. While my car was in for service, they provided me with a 2026 BMW X3 as a loaner, which made things extremely convenient. I have only taken my car to this dealer twice in the past year: yearly oil change and a sensor replacement. In both occasions the service staff has been first rate. Very attentive and responsive to my needs. The mechanic always provided a video review of the problem and the proposed solution. Then simply waited for my approval to proceed. Yes, they have their own app that allows constant communication. All service departments should do this. Because of my extended distance a loaner car was also provided. So if you can afford the high cost of servicing a BMW, the most reliable of the German brands at the moment, then I highly recommend this dealer. First off…I am a woman. I took my car to Flow BMW in August of 2024 because my air conditioner stop working, almost 2 weeks and $11,000 later I picked my car up after they replaced things including the water pump and made recommendations for things that had absolutely nothing to do with the reason I took the car there. I know without a doubt it was not $11,000 worth of work but warranty covered most which they knew so I gladly paid my part and took my car thinking all was good until February 5, 2025, less than 5 months after they were paid $11,000, my engine overheated on the highway and all the coolant leaked out. Great people Great service. Crown Bmw is closer. I will make the drive to Flow . We'll worth it. If you want a service dept that will communicate with with return calls . Calm Flow they are great.
