When you call to setup an appointment you’re speaking with a call center in NC so when I showed up my appointment wasn’t in their system at all. Quick service. Negative interactions with employees except woman at front who was kind and helpful.

Came in for a wheel speed sensor. Told them it was a wheel speed sensor sat in the lobby over an hour for them to come and tell me its a wheel soeed sensor. 🤦🏻 they dont have the part they will call me. Its been 4 weeks ive called numerous times kept being told ill be called back. Car is under warranty it should be covered. I just paid the 40 dollars for the part ill fix it myself. Worthless waste of time.
