I showed up with a CHECK engine light they checked it out put on the machine said I needed a battery Wanted to charge me $300 for a battery replacement said it was the original battery of 10 years so I told them I would I would check around ended up taking it to a battery specialist only to find out the battery was a 2021 was in good condition. Not the problem at all. The battery was a little worn normal wear and tear over the years so I ended up replacing it to be proactive. They told me engine light would go off as soon as I replace the battery since that was the problem …it did not…then I checked my credit card statement only to see that they charged me two diagnostic charges that day and I can not get anyone there to call me back to issue a refund…When I contacted them by text they s

I have 47,000$ Kia that I purchased. I needed to get my 24,000 mile service on my car (Oil change, tire rotation, and whatever else is required). I also have been made aware my car has a recall. That’s fine it happens. So I contacted Price Kia. I used the virtual assistant TWICE and NEVER received a call to confirm my appointment. So I called and no one answered and I left a message. No call back. So my fourth attempt someone answered. I asked about the shuttle service. The guy said it is only available in town. I am 14 miles away (15 minutes driving time) and I can’t use the shuttle service. This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. So this dealership will lose money over a 15 minute shuttle ride.

Stopped by for a rear wiper blade. Very nice people. Multiple people stoppped me and asked if I needed assistance. This really nice counter lady walked me to my car and explained how to install it.

Pricekia sold us car in3 accidents,they didn't know,. Ha,Ha.An honest dealer would have said sorry,let's trade cars.We have 3more yrs to pay on this junk on fixed income .Ask them why?e
