Flow Lexus of Winston-Salem Service and Parts Center

Excellent service techs (friendly and knowledgeable). I got my routine maintenance done on my Lexus in a reasonable amount of time, nice waiting area, would defiantly recommend them. Just a recommendation: It would be nice if you could reach the service dept before 9 am since they open at 7:30 am. Everytime you call the number listed online it goes to the main answering machine until the show room opens at 9 am.

Today our vehicle malfunction at a critical time this morning however I was able to get it quickly towed to flow Lexus in which confirmed my confidence in their service team who addressed my needs immediately and saved me some service costs in which I am very grateful for and wish to say thank you very much.

Russ of Flow Lexus is exceptional and always goes above and beyond to make sure my car gets serviced and I have a loaner to keep me going! I would recommend flow lexus of Winston to everyone!
