Flow Lexus Paint & Body Center

My father-in-law brought his 2013 Lexus RX450H for body repair with assumption FLOW LEXUS BODY SHOP will provide LEXUS-level quality of repair and customer service. However, we're totally wrong! We're very unhappy with the quality of the body repair work and customer service. We do NOT recommend this place. They replaced the rear bumper with the OEM part but it was loose on both ends and they asked to bring the vehicle back to put a retainer. It should've NOT been loose to begin with. Also, they left white paint residue and paint drops on the passenger side headlight housing causing safety hazard. I really can’t say enough great things about Flow Lexus Paint & Body. When I entered the establishment, I didn’t have an appointment, Jeff was super awesome at receiving my vehicle and beginning the process. He was always professional & honest with the process. He promised me that my vehicle would look better than it did prior to the accident & he was absolutely correct! Great work! Hats off to everyone that made my vehicle look brand new again! Repaired my wifes Lexus. Gave daily updates via text. Car looks great! Key drop box is not marked and couldnt find it. Youll need to ask.

Amazing service, friendly staff! Took my car in, they came out looked at it. Gave us an estimate. Set a time for me to drop it off for the repairs. Offered to get a rental car if needed. Called us on Friday just to give an update. Called early Monday that it would be ready today instead of Thursday. They went the extra mile with updates and making sure we had their contact information should we have questions. Arrived to pick it up- looks fantastic! Not to mention the car had been detailed inside and out. Talking about going above and beyond. Wow!

They repaired my Lexus IS 300 back in April after I was rear ended! They did a nice job and got it back to me quickly! Only con was the back light was not installed correctly because only one turn signal works correctly
