Excellent team! Front office adjusters, Judy and Jonathan, knew exactly what processes were needed. They dealt with the insurance company so I didn't have to get in the middle. The actual repair team did an outstanding job. Their work was impeccable, thorough and beautifully done. They texted me as my vehicle moved through the different processes and it was nice to be kept informed. At the end, my vehicle was washed and vacuumed, which I didn't expect but extremely appreciated. I would recommend Flow Paint and Body to anyone!

Our experience with Flow Paint and Body was very pleasant. All of the staff we communicated with were helpful, understanding, polite, and professional. The body work looks amazing, and we received frequent updates while waiting for our car to be repaired. Although the circumstances that required us to use their services were not ideal, our experience working with them was very positive.

At this time Flow body shop does not uphold the standards that they promise of life time warranty on body work . I took my Camaro seven years ago to flow thinking that the dealerships body shop will have my car back too close to the original way. The insurance company paid over $5200 for the car to be fixed. Seven years forward the body work Bondo is obviously notable/ cracking . It’s been over three weeks since I contacted flow body. Judy, the receptionist was excellent of communication. However, Amy stated who is the manager that they lost the records of my car being at flow body seven years ago. They were able to use my VIN to pull off the transition of payment only and when it was taken there . They could not find any records on what they did due to them loosing records . It took me f

Great service vehicle was clean accurate they kept me updated. Service was fast and accurate Anthony. was great. The two ladies that worked the front desk had excellent customer service thank you Judy and Amy which is rarity these days. I would recommend them to anyone.

Didn’t make it out of the parking lot before the body shop had to rework the body shops work! Then the tech argued saying he wasn’t going to fix it because he didn’t do it and the guy that repaired the vehicle didn’t work there any longer and he wouldn’t get paid for fixing the mess ups.
