Absolutely terrible. I had a SCHEDULED appointment for 2:30 pm for a simple oil change. I ended up waiting 2.5 hours for just an oil change. There were no discounts, apologies, or even updates on my car. I literally could’ve changed it in an hour at my house.
Seen 2014 Ford F-150 at their place in Durham for 16,900. 3 owners 1 moderate accident. Was a decent price and was willing to pay 16,500 out the door cash. Their sales person said 18,800. Out the door. That’s insane. 2000 and all I needed was 30 day tag for it and go!!! They should just list total price not 2 grand in hidden fees
The salesperson was engaging and polite. She instilled a confidence in me,that assured me I was headed in the right direction, with my interest in the Atlas. I am looking forward to working with her when the vehicle I aspire to own reaches the dealership.
