Floyds Auto Body LLC

This was the first time I ever hit an animal or had to use my insurance because I got into an accident. Since I was new to this I was so thankful that Floyd’s was handling my car because they made the process so easy. They contacted my insurance multiple times a week sometimes twice a day depending on the situation and they got my car back to me before my rental ran out. They did amazing work!!! I would never have noticed that my car was in an accident. Everything looks perfect. I even took my car back to them when I had a screw in my tire and they patched it in less than 20 minutes. The men and women that work at Floyd’s are top-notch,!100% professional, and 100% awesome people. I trust their opinions and their products that they use. I would recommend them 100%!!!

Very pleased to write this 5-star review for Floyd's Body Shop. I went into the shop because I hit a deer on the highway with my F350. The repair looked simple at first but required a lot more parts and labor after they pulled the front end apart. Nevertheless, Lori was my personal champion dealing with the insurance company so I didn't have to. And Dan and Wayne did absolutely flawless work putting my baby back together. All of this in the midst of the holiday season. This family-owned/family-run shop is a treasure in this area, and should I ever need body work again I'll gladly return. Thanks for the awesome work Floyd's!

Had shopping cart damage to rear driver's side door. Worked well with me and my insurance. Repair looks great and service was excellent. Great job!

Very considerate and genuine. I am impressed. They were more worried about my vehicle being safe for me to drive than I was. Nice to see there are still kind , respectably businesses out there.
