Ryan is a genuinely good man! My credit was far below average to where many salesman wouldn’t waste anytime to try & figure out how to get me back on the road.. Took him less than a day to get me approved & gave me plenty of options , along with a few pointers to even help me build my credit!! Would recommend to anyone who needs to get back on the road fast!

I bought a 2012 Dodge avenger from them a couple years ago within the first week it fell apart. I had several alternators put in. I just had my second new battery put in. I have to find and program a computer Cell on the Internet and take it to the garage for them to put it in it’s been to the dealership 3×2 times and other garages they sent me throughout the entire area. Their communication is horrific. Their attitude is bad. The man I bought the car off of them I would never ever buy from that man again he treated me like a second class citizen and I have never once missed the payment. I called them now for issues. They take me days to call back if there’s something wrong with my car, I need to fix now because my car gets me to work in which I have to pay. They won’t pay for rental cars

Amazing staff very quick and does everything they can to help you find the vehicle you want. Shout out to Ryan for helping both my sister and I !

Friendly, professional, and fair-dealing! When I came in late on a Thursday to discuss selling a pickup truck (a 2019 w/low miles), the young woman cordially told me that the person over that would be back the next day; I bother mentioning that b/c first impressions matter, & she represented very well. When I returned, Mark was thorough, patient, and fair in assessing & purchasing this truck (selling for an estate); Kathleen was very friendly, too; and wrapping it up was Leslie, who was not only helpful on paperwork & notarizing but friendly & extra thorough to make sure I had all copies I needed and any questions addressed. All in all, Good Wheels showed that friendly service and good teamwork make the difference. I surely recommend them!
