First negative business review I've ever written. Horrible customer service. Charged more than quoted, took longer than quoted. Started with a cracked windshield, ended with a poor fitting windshield that cracked 2 weeks after bringing it home. None of the gaps along the gasket, or residual junk around the edge were visible before he worked on it. No refund, does not stand by his work or his word.

Super nice and friendly. I work Monday through Friday until 5 so he was nice enough to replace my windshield on a Saturday which was his day off!! He did an amazing 👏 job. I definitely recommend 👌 great prices, and very great work!! 👍

Quick response, best quote in town, got me in next day, and had it done in under two hours! Would recommend for sure!

I had an A+ excellent experience in April of 2024. My 2017 Tacoma's chipped & cracked windshield was replaced with a fresh clean new one. Pricing, time to complete the work, and cleanliness of my truck afterwards, all done professionally Just as promised!! I'm recommending Floyd's to my neighbor today.

Both the front and rear left windows were broken and he fixed them in a great amount of time and amazingly would definitely recommend to anyone needing glass repairs 10/10
