Please do not purchase a vehicle from them unless you want to give away your money. Only had the truck for 3 weeks and the motor was going. Then these low lifer scamer wanted to charge me $2200 to replace the motor. Then when I went to get my belongings out the truck I was told none of my personal belongings was in the truck when it was tow. So they stolen my items as well. I should of left the minute I walk in the office it was nasty and slack they had food clothes, toys all over the floor and desk.That it self was a red flag that they was some low life scamming people. Hope yall take the $3000 I put down and hire a cleaning crew I can't just imagine how yall house looks in the inside. JUST NASTY!!

From the moment I arrived on the lot I was made to feel welcome and special. I test drove the car that I was interested in with Mr. Floyd’s daughter accompanying me. She was so nice and gave me good information about the car as we rode along. When arriving back on the lot I was invited in to complete the paperwork process. Mr. Floyd and his daughters know exactly what to do and did it proficiently while making me feel like family. The first thing I usually do after arriving home is to remove any dealership advertisements from my vehicle … not this time. I highly recommend Floyd’s Used Cars to anyone looking to purchase a car. I am so glad I did. I am so happy with my purchase and the whole process.

4 vehicle I've bought, 3 from Floyd's son and one from the father! No complaints! Matter fact, I wouldn't buy from anywhere else!

I don't recommend anyone to buy from here. They only want your money, I got a 2011 Ford Taurus car broke down within the same week of getting the car. The lady that I was talking to was rude and hung up in my face. And don't know a thing about fixing cars, then had the nerve to tell me that I didn't have certified mechanics to look at the car. Keep in mind that I took it to precision tune and 2 other mechanics to have it looked at.

This only has a 3 stars because the girl that we dealt with was very nice and we felt welcome. Their policy about "only test drive if you're buying today," is kind of skeezy to me. We tried to start a car, and the battery was dead. Their guy who checks those things had been out for a few days. I wouldn't choose to buy here unless you absolutely had no other choice.
