Pretty impressed with their responsiveness and service. I’d think again before relying on the bad reviews to make your decision. I called and received reasonable quote and they were able to tow my immobile car all within 25 minutes. I shopped around some and they were the better deal. I’d recommend them if anyone’s in need of towing service.

This towing company wrongfully took my truck straight out of the reserved parking spot I pay extra for every month at my apartment complex. No notice was left on my vehicle, no explanation was given, and when I asked for documentation of why it was towed, they had nothing to provide. When I went to pick up my truck, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional toward me. On top of that, my truck now has a new dent and the alignment is messed up after being in their possession. They even tried to claim I wasn’t in my assigned spot, which is completely false. Because of their mistake, I had to pay expensive towing and storage fees, I missed work, and I had no way to get to class. Towed my car from a visitor spot in my friends apartment complex. To my knowledge visitor spots are for visitors which we were but the slip said “no sticker”. Not sure how that all works but the office reeked of some sort of tobacco and was as hot as an oven. Person at the front didnt seem all there and asked us questions after we had already answered so not sure what kind of business this is but not a good one at that.

Needed an emergency tow for a bad tire and Devin was there within 15 minutes. Devin was great and he had his friend Greg riding along. These two men helped me more than they should have. Greg helped me find a new tire quickly and his friend JJ helped him mount it. Floyd’s towing helped me in more ways than one, they connected me with three guys who helped me and I am forever thankful for them!

Not a very ethical place. My papaw got towed during the UT game and yes we may have been parked illegally but when we called that night after the game they would not inform us that they had our car. Instead we had to find a way home and call again the next day to finally be informed. § 17-386: “Wrecker operators shall at all times give prompt, courteous, and truthful information to persons inquiring about vehicles towed at the direction of the Knoxville Police Department.”
