Had a great experience, brought my 2017 X1 in for coolant issues and they found the problem also found a small oil leak, they explained everything in depth. They made me feel very comfortable and set my mind at ease. Its a little bit of a drive for me to come to Fluid, but well worth the drive. I will be bringing both my vehicles to them moving forward. Thank you OJ, Marilyn and the Fluid MotorUnion crew for making this expense painless. Although I didn't get to talk to OJ I did see him, it was neat seeing him in person and not just on YouTube. $12k, 14 months, the main problems not fixed, several thousand dollars in additional damage caused, and no desire to take accountability for their mistakes was my experience. Note, no response to this review. I tried to resolve my issue with Fluid Motorunion before posting this, but they never called me back and I was only able to speak with them if I dropped in. At first they pretended to care and said they had insurance, then told me their insurance wouldn't cover the problems because of the amount of time that had passed, then "we want to make it right," and finally, why didn't you tell us sooner. Fluid Motor Union always takes great care of us and our Land Rover. Marilyn is wonderful to work with and the process is always a breeze. They send us a multi-point inspection with photos and are always honest and up-front about work needing to be done. I can't recommend them enough and always do!
