From start to finish, the service felt genuinely personalized - Bryan specifically - took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained the work clearly, and kept me informed throughout the process. I’ve received the same level of customer service as I have from Volvo, Mercedes & Jaguar service centers with cars of my past. They assign service advisors that communicate with you throughout the process & they use an advanced digital estimate service that shows you detailed information for repairs/inspections/cost, etc. Patrick is my advisor and he’s great! I am grateful to have their help in taking care of my car so I can enjoy it stress free. Flyin’ Wrench takes the worry out of ownership of a 25 year old German car.

We're very grateful for allowing Flying Wrench to service our vehicle so far. They have technicians who are familiar with Land Rover vehicles and go beyond the normalcy of troubleshooting any problems our vehicle has to ensure that it will be road ready. I appreciate seeing the personal checklist of items performed before releasing the vehicle back to us. Their front desk staff are always attentive and poise to solve problems as they present themselves. They don't make excuses they just take care of the issues. Older model car parts are becoming rare to find and it can be worrisome at times but so far they've humbled my concerns about this issue also. They discovered a leak related to a repair performed by another shop. Instead of simply quoting me for additional work, they took the time to investigate and determine that the issue should be covered under the other shop’s warranty.
