Flynn's Tire & Auto Service

Highly Recommend!!! Thank you Roger and Alex!!! I experienced a tire blow out on my RV en route to a motocross race for my son. Unfamiliar with where we were we had tried calling a few places. We went into one another because it was the closest. After getting an eye on their staff and operation we called Flynn and had a better feeling. When we arrived at Flynn's it was clean, neat and the staff were courteous and professional. Alex who did our tire repairs was very knowledgeable and understood our need to be off on our way feeling comfortable for the last leg of our trip. It felt personal and I knew we were in good hands and could trust the repair. I am very thankful to Flynn's for keeping us going to make the race.

Customer service robotic going by routine narrative, not very personal. Two instances had to wait for almost 3 hours with or without appointment. Very over priced on labor and parts. They're more expensive than dealership pricing and competition. They weren't even busy. That's why posted pictures. Honestly this is why it's so frustrating. Walked around enough. This what got to me. Did excuse my cantor but when it happened twice even when I scheduled an appointment had to voice my frustration. Got my issues addressed somewhere else. Reviews in this instance is why I went, but my first experience turned better than any review that was scripted or provided. One recommendation I would suggest change seats very dated.

The people were very polite and friendly. I had a 9:00 appointment for 4 tires and alignment check. 2 hours later, the check was finally completed. They wanted to complete the alignment, and I asked how long since I had been there 2 hours already. Wouldn't you know it, in less than 10 minutes the alignment was completed. Not sure what all got done in less than 10 minutes, but alignment seems good. Nice job sneaking in the shop supplies charge too. I wonder exactly what shop supplies were used?

I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the fantastic service I received at Flynn’s. I had some vehicle issues that were a bit complicated, but the team really stepped up to help me out. There was a little miscommunication at first, but I truly appreciate how dedicated they were in resolving the issue. They involved other managers to ensure everything was sorted, and it’s clear that they value their customers. Always upfront with service price and time expectation. Jeremiah is amazing with customers in waiting area communication with customers is key. They always work out a fair price and your service is done as promised. I will never buy tires elsewhere
