Flynn's Towing & Auto Repair

Had a very good experience with Flynns. My brother's car had some damage and they first looked to see if there was anything that they could do and when that was the case, gave advice on where to take it and the most economical way to get it. Really want to thank Keith who was great and actually helped me with a totally separate situation. I don't remember the young lady in the office (maybe Melissa??? but she was also very helpful and courteos.

My car battery died at a red light on Rte 130 during freezing rain and the police called in Flynn’s to get me out of the road. Tyler- the tow driver- went above and beyond once he realized my battery was just loose. He towed me to the nearest parking lot, tightened the battery back up, jumped it, and sent me on my merry way. I would’ve spent double towing it to a mechanic just to sit there all day and find out it was my battery. Saved me half a days time AND a mechanics bill. Thank you Tyler and Flynn’s Towing!!

The man who answers the phones will have a major attitude with you. He’s extremely rude and condescending. Car tow was fine. Just don’t expect respect.

Can't say enough good things about this business. I was locked out of my car on the coldest night, in a location that's a hassle to get through. Waited for two other 'roadside assistance' tows that never showed. Called up Flynn's, and the boss answered that he didn't have any trucks available -- might take a half hour, but he'd call me back. In less than a half hour, he *did* call me back and got all the details. He then had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get to my car, but he did it anyway... quickly. Not only that, but he called me back three times en route to let me know his status. He managed to open an uncooperative door and made sure the car started before leaving. Probably took him more time than it was worth. Always support local business, but please support a quality, honest

These people are complete crooks.They took my husbands truck for over a month.Charged us $1,300 to replace the starter supposedly which was never replaced.They took apart the truck and didn't even bother to put everything back together!Who does that?My husband asked him why he didn't put the parts back on the vehicle? The owner had the audacity to say that if he was to put back all the parts there was an extra charge? Are you kidding me?You guys took the you guys took the car apart and couldn't even put the car back how it was.Who knows what they did to the truck I'm pretty sure they switched parts and stole parts from the truck.Stay away from these people.They are not trustworthy.And the owner is very disrespectful does not know how to treat costumers.I definitely do not I repeat do not r
