The engine light came on, and they charged me excessively without informing me of the issue. They didn't give me a receipt or explain the fault. After I figured it out myself, I found it was just a spark plug replacement costing under $100, but they billed me $1,500 for a major repair. I got scammed and will definitely advise others to avoid this shop if they can.

Honest mechanics are hard to find. I'm lucky to have found FM. I've had everything done here from basic tuneups to door handle replacements (internal and external) and exhaust system repairs. And the turn around time is pretty fast. But the best part is their communication. They'll call with diagnosis and work with you to find a path forward. And if you decide to wait, they'll let you know the risks. If you decide to do repairs, they'll give you the component(s) price plus the labour price. And they'll then give a pretty accurate timeframe for repairs.

I absolutely love this place and would not trust anyone else with my car. We have been going to Franks since I was a kid and now that I have my own vehicle he takes care of it. They never overcharge and they are 100% honest. Would recommend this shop to anyone in the area
