To start, staff was very friendly when I made an appointment over the phone for a Pre Purchase Inspection for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. I was asked if I had specific areas of concern so they can be looked at in detail& received a thorough inspection for a great price. Easy to set appointment. Dropped off, a couple hours of service (1 aftetnoon). Tune up/spark plus/oil change .... car runs much better.... smoother.

Wow!! Let me tell you my experience. I went to Dodge dealers and other auto shops in Salinas and belive it or not no one could figure out our 2019 Durango problem so kept looking for months until I I came cross F & M auto repair in Soleda ca. I was headed home to SF on US 101 N when suddenly I lose a lot of power in the engine. I get a misfire in cylinder 3 diagnosis from AutoZone and begin calling around Soledad’s auto shops. Called several shops, all too busy or no response. Called F&M and a recorded message said if it’s urgent to text them so I did. Frank said he was on lunch but could take a look immediately after that. Determined I needed new spark plugs and a new ignition coil for cylinder 3. Had it all changed out and I was on the road in no time. I really appreciate the assist and my car is running BETTER than when I left on my trip!
