Called this company 2x after seeing they received an award for their “business”. Called last week they said they’d call me back and they didn’t have a driver… this is at like 9am btw. Called again today, told I would get a call back… here we are @ 3:30.. call them back only for them to say I didn’t call and she didn’t have a driver. I live in Soledad!! Take care of your locals. I will be sure to tell all my family and my car community to stay clear and just call Mikes! Called Mikes and guess what they showed up in 10 mins.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. After our car was towed by this company, we discovered that $115 in cash had been stolen from a bag tucked away inside the center console. The vehicle was dropped off properly, but once we retrieved it, the money was gone. There is no excuse for this kind of theft, especially from a professional service we were forced to rely on in a stressful situation. We attempted to resolve the issue, but no accountability has been taken. If you value your personal property, do not use this tow service. The driver who handled our tow clearly had no integrity. I will be reporting this company to the local authorities.

Over Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend, we were on a road trip from Sonoma County to San Luis Obispo when we got a flat tire. We initially reached out to Tesla Roadside Assistance and AAA, but after waiting for nearly an hour with no help in sight, we were lucky enough to have Highway Patrol stop to check on us. We asked the CHP officer to dispatch whoever was available, and thankfully, Leyva’s Towing arrived within 20 minutes—a lifesaver compared to the long wait times from other services. Needed towing services from Salinas back to Soledad they gave me a flat fee which was extremely good compared to prices in Salinas. They gentleman arrived very quickly as well and was very friendly and polite .
