Foam and Wash Car Wash

After going through the car wash I hopped out of my car to dry it and I found multiple brand new scratches on the hood of my truck. After pulling back around the manager comes out and takes a look and then tells me “you have no proof these came from the car wash”. I know my truck and I’m not a crook, these scratches weren’t here before the car wash and they are there now.

Excellent car wash. The soft cloth touchless is the way to go! Does a great job and never had any issues with the vehicle. All self serve but plenty of space in line for when it gets super busy and plenty of spaces to vacuum and towel dry.

The guys at this car wash are always friendly and helpful. I'm always greeted with a smile. I have the unlimited for the winter and I love that I can get my car cleaned as much as I want. No issues here, very satisfied customer ☺️

Unbelievable...I paid $7 for soap and water as absolutely nothing else in the self serve bay worked. I asked wonderfully unenthusiastic employee what can I do and he pretty much told me "sorry for your luck" I can't believe he wouldn't even offer to send me through the tunnel or anything. I usually love Foam and Wash , but don't think I'll be coming here anymore due to this encounter.
