Cat speak highly enough about this business. We’ve been bringing our vehicles to Folsom Auto Tech for years and have received nothing but great and HONEST service. I recently brought brought my truck in and they ran a diagnostic test and found it was an issue in involving a recall they couldn’t handle and they didn’t even charge me for the test and they changed the battery in my key fob for free as well. If you live anywhere close to Folsom, this is where you should be taking your vehicles. Amazing people!

I thought my car was done. I had a huge oil leak, oil everywhere 😞. Also had a pretty bad issue with my back breaks. They were able to fix both in a timely manner. Fingers crossed but as of now, not a drip of oil.🥳 Melanie and Ron were professional and courteous in an obviously embarrassing situation for myself. I will definitely recommend them and use them again.

Wow the customer service was outstanding here. I was treated with the utmost respect for a disabled senior and although the weather was cold and cloudy the associate had no problem meeting with me outside, making my initial visit with them fast and efficient so I could get back home before the rain started. I would say I can't wait to go back, but who wants to their car to break down? If it does, I will surely be coming back. Thank you Folsom Autotech!!

I’ve been trying to get the Ford Expedition AC and alignment fixed for over a year. Folsom Autotech took care of both within the time and cost estimates. They explained what was found and how it was repaired-two things that didn’t happen at shops the previous 12 months!

This shop installed a brake booster that was not needed in my car only to tell me it was actually the vacuum pump. Replaced that and a year later it broke and destroyed my engine. They only cover the part for 2 years. Of course labor would be charged and no coverage for damages caused by faulty installation. I changed the vacuum pump in 30mins. I was charged $312 in labor. I pulled the part myself and found multiple bolts loose, never trust these people. Unless you enjoy paying $10 a minute and a smug attitude from the owner.
