Ford of Clermont - Service

I unfortunately had a truck do front end damage to my car I a parking lot right before I had to leave the country for work for over a month. Jason and his team made the process as seamless as possible, and the results with the car being done looking brand new. With this being an insurance claim, Jason also made sure that the quality of parts were either OEM or the best aftermarket options possible, since most insurance tries to only cover aftermarket (functional but not perfect fitment) parts. With this experience, I will definitely bring any future work to them!

I gave 1 stars. If there was a separate section i would give Miss Kristina in the servicing department all 5 stars. If it was not for her I would gave -1 . I usually lease my vehicles but this time around I decided to purchase or finance. This experience was horrible , especially after 2 weeks with this vehicle it stalled and shut off with my entire family on the merging highway . Then days after it kept having a transition issue . I went back and complained about my experience. Nothing came out of it. Weeks of neglect from the dealership Ford of Clermont. I kept calling . 1st, 2nd, 3rd person would say " i will talk to management and call back ". I heard nothing. Same story everytime. Next issue ,the tunk kept popping up . Thankful for our coupon of 50% off otherwise the service would have been out of our price point. You shouldn’t have 3rd party vendors onsite. We don’t want to be bothered by anyone while trying to get a simple service done. Otherwise everything was good.
