I can't recommend this dealership enough! Everyone was great to deal with in my purchase of a certified F150. Casey, my sales rep was wonderful and Jessica in Finance was very helpful in customizing a full coverage, Ford warranty for me beyond my Gold Certified coverage. The financing rates I got on a used vehicle was a lot better than I expected as well. If they don't have a vehicle that fits you, they can probably find one for you. That's what they did for me.

We have used the service of having our vehicle picked up and dropped off after service a few times now, and only once has it ever been done on time. This last time, my car was to be picked up at 8:30 for a 9:00 appointment, nobody showed up until around 10:00 to pick up the vehicle. I told them that I needed the car back by noon since I was leaving work at that time, the car didn't get returned to me until around 12:30!! If this service can't be offered correctly, maybe it shouldn't be something that you offer at all.
