Dont ever bring your vehicle for service to awesome ford in chehalis. They had my vehicle for over a month for a transmission replacement. They lied about the warranty company "dragging their feet" for coverage on a transmission replacement, when in reality they had never even called. When I set it for the car to be dropped off I was told to put a copy of the warranty on the front passenger seat, they lied and said they didn't know it was there. They then damaged a part while taking it off and lied and said it was due to corrosion and rust, just so they wouldn't have to pay. When we got my car back they had broken the passenger tail light. Go somewhere else if you want honest service

Went today got the works,fuel filters changed.asked if we wanted the tires rotated. Yes we do. Well got the truck back,We could see that the tires were not rotated. Asked the technician if they were. He looked at me in the face and said yes. Husband took a look again to make sure. Then told the guy don't lie. Moe is the guy's name. Said he was just trying to get vehicles in and out. Hum not good customer service!

Worst service experience ever. Dropped the ball numerous times. Scheduled my 2017 f250 superduty for warranty and recall work. Didnt have me on their schedule when I brought it in. Didn't look at the recall. Charged me for an oil change that I didnt approve. Brought truck back for warranty work and recall work. They had it for almost two weeks. Got the truck back now all of the interior lights dont work. And the sunroof doesn't close. Screw this place!!!!! Never again will I go there!!!!!

Had truck a couple of weeks for diagnostics. Said needed $17,000+ in repairs. Towed it to a shop that replaced the engine a couple of years ago. Total cost, less than $5,000!

I have never met employees so lazy in my life. Rude people no organization at all. I would not buy a car here go somewhere else.
