I recently took my Ford F-150 to Ford Lewis in Dodge City, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, Phillip Turrubiartes was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive to detail. The work done exceeded all my expectations, the engine’s performance improved noticeably, and the ride is now much smoother. They also checked several key components without me even asking, which shows their true commitment to safety, quality, and the long-term reliability of the vehicle. I sincerely appreciate everything they did for my truck. It’s a relief to find an auto service team you can truly trust. Outstanding customer service. I was traveling through the area and had a hose fail in my 2017 Ford F-350. They had the part on hand and quickly fixed my truck so I could get back on the road with little delay. I would trust them with your vehicle.

We on day 1of a 3 week, 4,500 mile road trip towing a travel trailer had an issue with our Ford F250. We made it to a Dodge City campground late and took our truck into Lewis Ford first thing the next morning. Miguel and his team were booked, but somehow worked us in and were able to diagnose and fix the problem the same day to get us back on the road and save our trip. Miguel was very understanding, professional and communicated with us on the work progress throughout the day. We can't thank Miguel and his team enough for the job they did for us. I would highly recommend this service department to anyone.

Needed a new tail light assembly for my 2020 F150. The Service Department experience was top notch. Having just moved to the Dodge City area from Tulsa, I can tell you the personnel at Lewis Ford were honest, fair and didn't try to push other items on me. I will ONLY use Lewis Ford to service my vehicle from now on!

Devin helped me first thing in the morning, offered a truck for me to drive so i could make it to work, and had my car done by lunch. Devin was so friendly and professional! I was also greeted by the general manager, Tom, who is always so friendly. Their customer service is the # 1 reason I go to Lewis Ford!
