First off, Devonn, the service writer was a kind guy and did what he could. I took my wife's 2018 Ford Explorer in for recall service on the A-pillars. Devonn, as usual was friendly and responsive. The service was complete, so I dropped my wife off, she took the car home. When I finally got home, I was disappointed at the repairs. We went in with just a small crack on the windshield cowl and left with a giant hole exposing the edge of the windshield. In addition, the A-pillars were full of glue from the techs utilizing glue on the EPDM rubber. I called Devonn Friday night, they got me in on Monday morning. That was great and we appreciated that. Do not trust the service department! I brought my used 2011 F150 that I bought off of their lot earlier this month in for an oil change. I mentioned that there was recently a rattle noise that developed from the front passenger side of the truck, specifically when accelerating or decelerating at low speed. They told me that they suggested that I pay for a diagnostic fee (over $200) in addition to my oil change to see what was going on. I sat in their lobby for over 2 hours until lunch time, at which point they told me it was still on a lift, the mechanic left for lunch, and the oil change would not be done until after diagnostic. They kindly had someone drive me to my office so I could at least get half a days work in, and returned to pick me up later that afternoon. Their diagnosis was
