Very professional staff. I felt assured they were not adding items to get fixed that did not need addressing right away. A thorough check was done, learned of items to pay attention before my 100K service, my lugnuts that need replacing right away, and of my cabin filter that needed replacing. After all, my oil change was needed but its important to keep other items in check for health and safety. In the end, one part was rushed for next day service and they accepted payment over the phone to accommodate the delayed car pickup. I would highly recommend using this service department for your vehicle checkup and services.
