The service was great! They took really good care of my car. Tried their very best to get it out of a ditch in a tight space without causing more damage. Plus really friendly and polite. Also very fast service considering the conditions on the road and other calls. Thank you Matt Lowe for such great service. Update: Matt once again saved the day with great service. Always manages to do the impossible. Thank you once again. Great people.

From start to finish I had a very pleasant encounter with Ratteree. The driver was very professional and took great care of my classic car and got her home safe.

Super helpful and communicative! Arrived exactly when they said they would and were very efficient getting my car on the trailer and towed all the way to its destination (1 hour away.) My son and I rode in the truck with the driver and enjoyed it. I was impressed with how easy everything was despite the inherent stress of needing our car towed. He even helped with the written description at the dealerships key drop and was very thorough. Highly recommend this crew!

I ended up with a flat tire early in the morning. I utilized my AAA membership and Matt was on his way. He got to me much quicker than I expected as he didn’t want me to sit and wait (which I appreciated very much). He made sure my spare tire had enough air and called a local tire repair shop to let them know I’d be coming by. I very much appreciated his service and would 100% recommend.

Service was great. Arrived way sooner than the estimated time given. Got us up and running so I could get my vehicle to the dealership for service. I appreciated his consideration asking if it was ok to smoke in front of us while working on our vehicle.
