Went there for the recall of a mustang with the wiring on the trunk, after they fixed the the wiring they told me my backup camera wasn't working told me it was going to cost $268 labor and part. I told them it was ok i was going to buy it somewhere else and install it myself, when part arrived I start taking it apart and for my surprise the camera sensor was disconnected plug it back and it works. Not an honest thing they wanted to do

We called 4 times and left messages to get my car repaired. They never called us back. When we went in they were more than happy to assist until they found out it was covered under warranty. Then they wouldnt help. We had to go back 2 times to get them to schedule the repair. On the day of repair they tried giving us the run around bc they didnt want to repair it. They are a certified ford repair shop. They got there certification agreeing to honor fords warranty but when it comes down to it they dont want to and try to find any loop hole or excuse possible to not have to repair it.

I’ve been here twice and each time is better than the last. Service advisors really pay attention and seem to actually care. No 8ssues with service each time as well.

The people in this dealership are not looking out for their customers no matter what they say they are doing they are only looking out for themselves be very careful
