Great experience working with Fords in TN. I purchased a very specific vehicle, found on CarGurus...Travis and his team worked with me through the purchase (all via the interwebs and email) and then had his shipper deliver the car the very next day! Wow, this is how car buying should be! Thanks for a great experience.

We just purchased a vehicle from Travis at Ford’s Auto. We’d been looking for the exact vehicle he had on his lot for several weeks. The one we bought from him was the nicest, cleanest and best maintained one we had seen. Acknowledging this is a car dealership and they have expenses and also need to make some profit, we feel the price we paid was very fair. We told him our budget and he did what he could to sell us the car at that price. If they have what you are looking for on their lot I strongly urge you to at least go look at it and talk to Travis. From what we saw…….he appears to only acquire the best of the best used cars out there to put on his lot.

Travis & Lilibeth are very understanding, knowledgeable & able to get what You need. I didn't think I was able to drive out of there with a new vehicle & sure enough I did! Best dealership in Kingsport!-keep in mind I looked at 5 places before here & it was a smart decision I did. I went from doubtful to a new car Owner! They have almost any of your favorite car brands!

I usually purchase a couple and year and can’t believe how smooth the process was and he was 9.5 hours from me. From day one he was honest and communicated until the process was completed. Highly recommend this dealership even if you are all the way across the USA.
