My family has been going to this place for WELL over a decade! Jim is as honest as they come, incredibly informative about these vehicles, and fun to talk to! Prices are more than fair and you can ALWAYS expect the work to be done correctly. They don’t upcharge but they will provide you with a list of work that needs to be done and with be straight forward with you. I just had my car worked on, a little over 3k worth of work. It was done within 2 days and was driving my car. HIGHLY suggest anyone to bring their vehicle there for repairs! You will not regret it!

I was without a car for two months because I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car. I ended up needing a full engine replacement and Jim has been nothing but helpful. He really cares about his customers and their needs being that. He goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer gets taken care of and never has to worry about a thing. I drive a q5 and they can be quite complicated to work on. Jim and his staff are professional and provide top notch service. You’d be doing yourself a dis-service to not do business with them!!

A couple weeks back, I was enroute from Syracuse to business meeting when my BMW had suspension issue. I knew what the problem was. I was stranded in another state with A busted car. I called nearby dealer my coworker recommended, they were not able/willing to tell me if they could repair quickly. Had to bring it to them for assessment first they insisted. I called Foreign Auto Specialist, they were 6 miles away. I explained failure and my need for quick repair. He said he had cars already on list but he could fix. When I dropped off, he already had local parts ordered. His shop, although small was clean and organized. After 3 hours he fixed car. The cost of repair was more than reasonable. I can't say strongly enough, how they saved the day. GREAT JOB!!!!!

Recently was traveling through Worcester when my coolant line ruptured. Called Jims shop through recommendation from my dad. He not only fixed my car quickly but got me on the road the same day he was extremely knowledgeable and efficient will definitely be taking my car to him in the future for all my needs.
