Ehhhhh the place is very nice, workers are outstanding overall. They very well don’t know what they are talking about because one of the “problems” for a future repair included an alignment. The notes said the steering wheel felt loose while driving and turning and I also asked did you guys change it to sport or sport plus+ because my car is tuned by the bmw factory with the mppk and a ecu tune, they said no in which the steering wheel tightens up for a more sporty feel around corner and while driving and it’s a big difference. Not knowing something simple about my car that you have all the info too Including the vin shocks me, otherwise quoting me a little over $200 on an alignment. Went to the dealer they checked it for $50 and gave me exact numbers and they were perfect and centered.

Fantastic experience at Foreign Exchange - Springboro! Was told by a certain BMW dealer that I’d have to wait a full week for a simple headlamp replacement (plus an exorbitant “diagnostics fee”) so I called Foreign Exchange and they were able to get me the same day, had the parts in stock and got the headlamp replacement done in 20 mins. Super friendly staff and very reasonably priced service. Will take my BMW back there again for oils changes and any other needed maintenance.

The people are nice and cool to talk to but I was quoted $10,750 in maintenance, I took it to BMW dealership and was quoted just under 5k and that was them wanting 2,200 for tires so besides the tires $2,600, they only found 2 things that needed replaced foreign exchange found 8 things, 6 of which passed dealerships inspection. This was my first personal experience with them and they were nice but it seemed as if the were trying to milk me for my money on unnecessary things. Would be careful and maybe think about getting a second opinion.

Great experience. Easy to schedule, quick service, clean waiting room, super cute dog ♥️. Very helpful with identifying anything that would need dealer attention/warranties. Will definitely return.
