Started with a Check Engine Light and needing to find an honest and trustworthy local mechanic. My wife had heard good things about Schmidt so we took our vehicle in for a diagnostic. They performed a very detailed inspection and provided a clear report of what was wrong, prioritizing the urgency of each repair. They were extremely helpful and allowed us to repair what was most important and create an expectation of what the vehicle needed in the future. Amazing customer service and had my truck fixed same day. Let you know what was wrong and what could use fixed but not pressured to do so at all. Didn't feel like they were trying to push an up sale on you. Would recommend to anyone I know.

Great service and communication! Jake was helpful and professional as he talked me through the issues with the car. Turnaround time for the initial consult was quick as they were able to check out the car and get me results within a day. And I loved being able to go through the full inspection report and see the estimate online and think about it on my own time. While we opted against repairs for now (because the car is in nearly bad enough shape to total it), we would definitely contact Schmidt in the future if we decided to repair this car or any other vehicle.
