Foreign Traffic Import Sales & Service

Took my BMW in for service to have air suspension issues and engine issues diagnosed. Air suspension was diagnosed, fixed properly, and I am very satisfied on that part. As far as the engine went- I was told the engine needed to be pulled out of the car and disassembled to find the noise since it was an “internal” noise. ($1-2k in diagnostics alone if I had to guess). After taking the car back we found it was a faulty water pump. Nick and Zach were very nice and completed honest work on my vehicle- I just feel that since the shop was so busy they overlooked a simple issue that could have had my car fixed quickly and instead wanted to pull the whole motor out of my car. This is a great shop to get work done on your foreign car- however for engine work would recommend looking elsewhere.

I went to get my oil changed and inspection. They are awesome. Right on time and did a great job Today my low tire pressure light came on. I called and asked if I could stop by and they could check it out. He said sure. I stopped and 10” later I was back in my car no problems. Foreign Traffic is the best decision I’ve made!! I highly recommend them!

I have an Audi A8L W12, and it's a 1of 1, so of course I can't just take this car to any shop. I trust Foreign Traffic. This the best Audi repair shop in the Pittsburgh area with Excellent customer service, and a highly trained Professional staff. The prices can't be beat, and you can trust in the service, repairs, or recommendations they offer. They also give you a loner car free of charge. If you own a European car or SUV, and you want the best service, without paying dealership prices, this is the place to be. I highly recommend it.

This is a review of the experience we had with Foreign Traffic Import. Dealt with Rob and Lisa. I must begin by saying I am a customer 1500+ miles away and not the easiest customer. Though pricing was firm, they tried their best to accommodate our budget. They made our out-of-state purchase as an active duty military a pleasant one. The good: -Responsive: They are keen at responding to our messages/calls; Rob responded to our inquiries even after hours and updated us with the paperwork process. -Purchase Process: Lisa handled our paperwork efficiently; assigned a remote notary via MavSign with speedy processing of the paperwork in less than 3 days and mailed the final paperwork afterwards. -Delivery: Rob communicated after the vehicle was picked up and provided quick walk-around videos,

Never dealt with foreign traffic until just the other day. I took my 911 to have the oil changed and state inspection. Everything went perfectly. I had the car back in a day. I will use them for all my service needs moving forward
