Nalley tire and auto

While Nalley Tire appears to be “friendly and honest” according to a few other reviews on the web. I will not be able to say I experienced that. I called ahead and got an estimate for the work to be performed and agreed to the price. This was on Monday 11th. I was told they could work on my car on Thursday 14th. I dropped off Wednesday afternoon and said I could pick up Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. They said that would be fine. I had to call Thursday evening, Friday evening, the following Monday 18th and today Tuesday19th and was given excuse after excuse when I was able to get someone to answer the phone, including me stopping by in person Monday morning.
