Awesome experience at Forest Auto. This will be my go to place going forward. A quick stop oil change place overfilled my oil, leading to issues with my car. Forest got me in right away and quickly worked on trying to resolve it. Very transparent, affordable, and it was nice to be greeted by name walking in!

My car broke down while in Buffalo (Rochester native) and after a nightmare of trying to find the right garage that would actually fix the issue I came across Forest Auto. I would 110% recommend them to anyone in the area, I felt completely comfortable as a woman who doesn’t know a single thing about cars they were so respectful and explained things I didn’t really understand so that everyone was on the same page. My car I think is running better than when I initially bought it, I am so happy with the work done to repair my car.

Forest Auto is always the place I go to when I need car repairs, inspection, oil change, anything. They are honest, fair, respectful, friendly, and hard working. You are never pressured into any services you don’t need and they are extremely transparent with repair needs and costs. They really care about their customers and the repairs that they do.
