Terrible experience. Poor communication. Lots of excuses. One of our work vehicles was involved in an accident in August 2024. It arrived at the shop in early September. In November I contacted the shop and informed all parts had arrived and they would soon start working on it. In December I was informed that it was next in line to go on the frame machine. I wasn't getting any updates so I began emailing frequently. After multiple emails with no response to the shop I was then told the same in March and April. Again in June. Next in line for the frame machine. It was summer before it seemed that they began working on it. In August it suddenly wouldn't run, and was sent to another garage for mechanical work, although it had ran before and while at the shop. In September was

The repair took longer than we expected but they did a great job and even detailed the outside and inside of our van. We were very impressed with the customer service. Would highly recommend and will be our first choice for any future need.

They had me in within two days when everyone else was several months. The insurance wanted them to do a patch on my rear bumper, so they called and got a new bumper approved. They matched the paint perfectly; they kept me informed and was quick finishing up. To top it off, they cleaned my entire car inside and out! They’ve earned a lifetime customer, and whenever someone asks for a recommendation, I’m sending them straight over! Thanks, Forest Collision!

Did an excellent job of repairing and painting my Rogue's quarter panel damage. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. The job took longer than anticipated which they attributed to staffing issues. My car was there 3 weeks and they failed to inform me of the progress being made despite promising me they would keep me informed. I had to call 3 times to check on the progress being made. All in all I would definately return and recommend them.

The team at Forest Collision is awesome.....painted my car , fix other things I was unaware of and even buffed and coat the headlights back to new for me . I'll always bring my repairs to Forest collision. Just want to say thank you again Mario , Ruby , and the team at Forest Collision
