The staff went above and beyond to help me. They took the time to clearly explain everything—from safety procedures to the tools and equipment available, and how to use them properly. Their guidance was invaluable, especially after Walmart Auto Center failed to properly reinstall my splash shield. They made sure I felt confident and supported throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their patience, professionalism, and willingness to help someone who isn’t a car expert.

Great place to make your own vehicle repairs. You can sign out tools, special equipment, service your rotors and much more. Staff is knowledgeable and awesome!!

A great place to take care of the small maintenance jobs. If doing larger work talk to them about renting space. Wish they had a paint booth living here in the rock chip desert it would be a good investment for the installation. Staff are certified technicians and can help you identify problems or help you conduct services and just to have a good conversation. Will return frequently here for all my maintenance needs.

Maybe consider allowing people to pay in more than just cash especially if your hourly fee is $8. Also consider prorating so people only pay for the time they're actually there. My husband only needed to use it for maybe 30 minutes for a fast oil change and only had a $5 bill. Refused to prorate the service or accept anything other than a cash.

Went to do an oil change on my 2014 Honda Valkyrie. The staff was inquisitive. Completed the safety/orientation brief. Signed out tools; conducted oil change; and cleaned up. Point one: it was very convenient to have this resource. The base is very isolated and infrastructure is paramount. Point two: great personnel makes this stay bearable. This was the case here and at other MWR facilities. Point three: the autocraft has plenty of supplies for auto but not one moto jack. Overall, I got the job done. It would be safer if a proper stand or chock where availed for the motocyclist.
