Five stars isn't enough! I stopped in with a punctured tire and the service was flawless. The staff here are so great! They were fast, super courteous, and patched a hole in my tire perfectly. Honest pricing and fantastic customer care. I 100% recommend this place to anyone with a tire issue!

Went for an oil change here. It was overpriced and when I went to pick up my vehicle they had taken it upon themselves to swap air filters in my Vehicle and charged me 35 dollars for work they didn’t consult me on or get my approval for. I’ll be reporting them to California BAR for this.

I had a cv axle out out on my car. They told me they don't do work like that. I needed my AC recharged. They told me they don't do work like that. Need my headlights replaced. They said they don't do that. For being 45 mins away from Barstow (which isnt a reliable town to stop in) what does this shop actually do? The mechanics that actually know how to do anything are next door Which don't work on your car. You have to do it and they assist you. Army/ mechanic shops you need to do better

SO about a month or so ago I visited Firestone for a synthetic oil change. Everything was the usual, no problems at first. On my drive home to vegas, I noticed bad shaking at 50mph plus. Didn’t think anything of it, then after a week of driving I noticed I’ll start to get small weird shakes starting at 40 now, my commute to work. Well just discovered yesterday that my front 2 tires were shredded, so I took it to the closest Pep Boys to have them replaced. I told the Tech about the shaking problem, after they serviced my car they then informed me that BOTH my front balancing bars are MISSING. I don’t know why Firestone would need to remove my balancing bars on my wheels for an oil change, and not install them back. This has to be the cause of the shaking when driving back home.
