I took my truck to Fort Lauderdale Collision for a minor repair. Mario was very helpful and attentive. He kept me in the loop about the status of my truck the whole time it was in the shop. I didn't go through insurance and Mario gave me a reasonable "out of pocket" price. You cannot even tell there was damage to my truck after they were done. I definitely recommend this shop. Mario, Steven and the rest of the staff are very professional and efficient. Thank you so much. PS. This place has amazing customer service. I first met the staff when I was looking for TOP Tier Ceramics to have my truck wrapped, windows tinted and ceramic coated. I couldn't find the place and Steven went out of his way to get the owners for me. I am so glad he did that because they did an amazing job.

While I was trying to get a quote from other dealers, Mario personally reached out to me and made sure I would be able to have my car in 4 days, right before college move in! Mario also made sure I got the best service and price compared to other dealers. Unfortunately, for my car this was the worst month of its existence as it got hit again... I had 4 estimates of door shell repair and Ft Lauderdale Collision was the most competitive. I paid for the repair. It was completed in 4 days. Looks as good as new. They detailed my car gratis. Highest estimate was 3x higher and wanted 30 days. Mario was very helpful. They arranged my rental car. Highly recommend!
