Maybe my experience as an aircraft maintenance tech spoiled me. But I think these guys did not even accomplish the bare minimum a mechanic should do when doing any repair. I had a fuel line a squirrel had eaten through. I had to ask them to look at any other lines to see if they were partially damaged. Like the brake lines. That should have been obvious. I also had to ask them to blow out the nest and pile of acorns the squirrel put on the engine top. I don’t even think they did the bare minimum. I never once opened a jet engine cowling for a problem and then closed it without doing a visual inspection of everything else. These guys don’t bother. I won’t go back.

Here’s a concise, firm review you could post: --- I had an extremely disappointing experience with this auto shop. They assured me they could repair my vehicle, yet it sat on their lot for over a week without anyone even looking at it. I had to rent a car for 10 days because of their delay. After finally checking my vehicle a week and a half later, they informed me there was nothing they could do to help. This lack of communication and wasted time cost me both money and frustration. I would not recommend this shop to anyone seeking reliable service. --- After paying more than $600 in car rental fees and I’m telling me that they can’t help me I had it sent to another nearby shop and within a few hours they were able to confirm that the deaf system just needed a flush so they did that ther

Very good experience. Traveling through Fort Payne, had an issue, they diagnosed quickly, ordered the part, fixed; I was on the road and at my destination by dinner. I am grateful! Thanks team Fort Payne Automotive!

AC stopped working while on the road. We called about 15 minutes out. In 30 minutes they had us on the road again. This place was quick. The employees seemed honest & polite. They were thorough with their work & included me every step of the way.

Had a coil pack and some other electrical go bad they where able to get it fixed real quick and very kind staff
