Great experience and service with an online purchase. I live in Alabama and Cord made the process easy. He went the extra step to provide a personal walk through and custom pics needed for me to be sure the vehicle was what I was looking to purchase. He and Cindy worked with my financial folks in my state to arrange all of the needed documents. They also arranged delivery to my home. Thank you for the great experience!

Cord and the whole team were so helpful and there was no pressure. They are a smaller dealership…and I had never purchased from a small dealership so I initially had some reservations. But from the first person we talked with and all the way through the process of finding a vehicle, they were so nice and treated us very well. They were very reasonable negotiating the price of the vehicle we chose and the whole process was fairly quick! The next time we need a vehicle, I will be calling Cord!

Bought a 2016 ram 1500 with 102,000 miles. 2 1/2 months later find out the truck burns oil like crazy. It’s burned 4 quarts of oil since owning. there’s no way the dealership didn’t know about the issue. If your buying from here and the price seems to good to be true, there’s a reason.

I had the best experience with Fountain Autoplex! They helped me find a car that fit my needs and was a little flexible on the price I was able to test drive and take to my mechanic across the city and I walked out the next day with the car and was able to finance right their through one of their lenders. Cord said the title would take weeks to come in and he got to me in 2 days just in time before I left to go across the country for work great office and a lot of options for people!
