Taylor was a pleasure to work with—honest, helpful, and very fair when selling us our Acura. What really stood out was how seriously they took our concerns. Any questions or issues we brought up were addressed thoroughly and promptly, which built a lot of trust. It’s rare to find a dealership that operates with this level of honesty and customer care. Super laid back dealership with low wait times and an expansive lot. Johnnie was great and very understanding, the vehicle we bought wasn't there long and had a few issues but they resolved all that and Johnnie even brought it to me the next day. Fantastic, we had never bought a car from a dealership before so I was hesitant about the process. When we walked in I met with Johnie and he was fantastic, patient, and kind. The owner came over and greeted us shortly after and we got to talk to him for a bit too. He is a self made respectable man who started the business on his own. It is a locally owned small business that is a treat to work with. My wife and I are due for our first son soon, we joked about a onesie to seal the deal. We ended up buying the car 2 weeks ago and I got a package in the mail yesterday of a babies onesie with fountain city motors on it. The prices are good for the vehicles, matched with excellent customer service it is hard to go anywhere else. If/when we need another car we will be doing business with the

Great experience Travis was very helpful I was looking at a diesel and asked to drain some oil so I could look at it. No questions asked they rolled it in the shop and drained some in a cup for me to look at. They filled it up with diesel and changed the oil for me while I got the financing out of the way very fast compared to many dealerships I’ve been to.
