This is my third attempt and it’s at a point where it’s shame on me. I find the service manager very cold and uncaring. She hardly even looked on my face as she made promise she never kept. I left my car Tuesday morning (11/25) and explained everything. I get a text from what seemed like a personal number (completely different from the one sent to communicate). Saying that the could get into the car because the remote was not working and I needed to return with another key. I had to explain to a Service Manager that the valet which was on the same key ring and that I told her about when I was leaving the key with her. I waited all day Tuesday and Wednesday and got no update about my vehicle. I had no way of getting around and Thursday was thanksgiving therefore closed. I then had to send t

The car AI system that took my details on Friday afternoon was pretty good and it gave me an appt on Monday. But I had to message back over the weekend o request an appt time , and only received a message back first thing Monday morning. so that was OK, but could have been better. Also, after the car was diagnosed, I received a link to a website to approve the repair, but with no explanation of what was wrong - just 'misc engine repairs'. One deserves more when facing a costly repair bill to approve.i also thought the standard cost to diagnose the problem ($250) was a bit costly considering I know from doing it myself with a code checker that it took less than 5 min to get and look up the engine error code. Had an exhaust issue while driving to Orlando from out of town. Was able to secure an appointment while here and needed to have a part replaced, which was questionable as to getting it in time to install before I needed to leave town. Christie and her team worked hard to make it happen and I was able to leave Orlando on time to get home. I highly recommend this dealership service, I was treated with respect and pricing was reasonable. Thank you!

I had oil change and tire rotation. It waa completed in a reasonable amount of time and they even washed the car. Christie was very professional and efficient.
