After using Fountain City towing to tow my vehicle they damaged it getting it off the roll back. Tore my front-end off and damaged my caliper. Remaining bolts broke. He doesn't understand what would have been different if he would have used a tow truck with dollies under the rear. Tow didn't break my truck. Driving it on 2 loose lug nuts did. Wouldn't have had to drive it if it was upon a tow truck Accepts no liability even though the suv was on his rollback being driven by his employee. Pay the extra 25 dollars and use Clinton Hwy. Should have used dollies and a tow truck. Lesson learned

Dustin was absolutely amazing. He towed my truck home due to a failed starter. My driveway was a little challenging for the tow truck because it’s on a hill, but Dustin went out of his way to make it work and not only did he get the truck in my driveway, he put it in my garage! Dustin was a life saver today! He called to let me know when he was on his way, told me his exact ETA, and called right before he arrived. He was patient when he arrived to allow me to try one more fix before he hooked up my truck. I ended up not needing the tow and I was worried because I felt like I had wasted his time, but he was more that courteous and understanding. He told me he was glad that I was able to get my vehicle running and and sent me on my way. When I tried to tip him or offer to buy him something, he politely refused. He was an absolute class act! Chad and his team at fountain city are wrecker are amazing. I had a wreck a few months ago and called Chad in the middle of the night to come help me get my vehicle out of an embankment that had hit a tree. He said as right there so fast to assist me all the way through. It didn’t just stop at just making a check to tow my vehicle but he checked in on me multiple times to make sure I was feeling okay and didn’t need anytime. I manage Reeder Chevy Body shop. Last night I slid on ice at the start of a snowstorm and blew out both passenger-side tires on my vehicle. I was in full panic mode — I had all four of my kids in the car, a week’s worth of groceries in the back, temperatures dropping fast, and snow coming down harder by the minute. I called FTN City Wrecker Service honestly not expecting much help because of the weather and assuming it would be hours before anyone could get to me. Instead, Lisa answered the phone and was truly an answered prayer. She calmly told me she’d get someone to me as quickly as possible. Within minutes, Dustin called to confirm my location and told me he’d be there in 20 minutes — and he arrived in exactly 20 minutes.
