We would love to thank the salesperson I met with who helped us out immensely. She greeted me, ignored my wife who was sizing up bikes, and asked what I was looking for. I replied "My wife (pointed to her sitting on a Scout) is looking for a Scout." Her reply "Your wife will not like a Scout." We both looked at each other, said ok thank you (?) and left the dealership. We took out down payment $ to Thunderbird HD in Abq. and found a bike my wife fell in love with (17 Sportster 48) and I found a barely used 25 Street Bob. We paid cash for the 48 and financed the '25 after putting more than half down. Thanks again saleslady for telling my wife she wouldn't like a Scout without even talking to her. Had the wife’s Suzuki break down 50 miles out of town. saved by Chief Never Wash who graciously hauled us to 4 corners on his trailer. Within 10 minutes of arrival they had the bike on the lift examining it. As we were on our way home from a x country trip we needed to know how to proceed. Unfortunately it was a blown shaft drive so beyond a weekend repair. Shannon made sure we had water and looked in on us sitting outside awaiting parts update she then had a truck brought around and took the wife to a hotel we selected while I rode along on my ride. Though the repair was beyond a timeframe for our trip. We wanted to post that our time there and their respect for us was greatly appreciated and respected . I highly recommend them and Thank Them for helping us stranded travellers
